Had a relaxing morning, a light bite on La Rambla and then cabbed down to the port. Embarkation was a breeze, super efficient process - we were in our staterooms within 20 minutes of arrival at the port. The Ruby Princess is massive! We have staterooms next to each other so asked our room steward to open the door between our adjoining balconies. Makes happy hour on the balcony a little easier ;)

At 80 cents a minute, I'm foregoing the on board Internet. Feels odd to be incommunicado for so long but saving my pennies for wine and the casino, lol.
Excellent selection at the dinner buffet (of course). I think dad's in 7th heaven - a plate full of food for his meal then a plate full of desserts to finish it off! Missed photo op - totally should have got a picture...
